Straight answers.
Can we pay by invoice and bank transfer?
Yes, from 10 seats. We issue an invoice to the company with your VAT number and a purchase order reference if you need one. Under 10 seats, checkout is by card.
Do we need all the names now?
No. Book the seats and send the names later. Names are due two weeks before the doors, and a name can still be swapped after that if someone drops out.
Can we mix ticket types?
Yes, and most teams do: managers take VIP or CEO for the private Q&A and the network dinner, the reps take Standard. The team price applies to the whole booking.
What if someone cannot make it?
Sales are final, but seats transfer to another name free of charge until 10 October, and at our discretion after that. For a team booking that usually means sending someone else from the same company.
Is there anything private for our company?
From 20 seats your company gets a private table for the weekend. If you want more than that built around your numbers, message us and we will tell you what is possible.
